This juicy tender roast is best for festivals and grand parties.
Ingredients :
- 1 whole chicken with skin.
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp salt or adjust to your taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper.
- 1 tsp roasted crushed red chili
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp roasted coriander powder
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 whole lemon's juice
- 2 tbsp curd
Directions :
- Wash the Chicken and clean the skin so that no feathers remain on the skin.
- Soak the chicken in vinegar for 10 min and wash it off.
- Pat dry the chicken.
- In a bowl combine all the other ingredients and rub the chicken with the mixture inside out.Marinade the chicken in it over night in the fridge.
- Pre heat the oven to 300 deg.
- Put the chicken on a baking tray and cover it with a foil.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Remove the foil and increase the oven temp to highest.
- Allow the chicken to take a nice golden texture from all sides Max 20-30 min. (or it will become too dry).
- Serve the chicken with Salad , roasted veggies and garlic bread.
