Banana Bajji


Ingredients


Raw banana - 2
Gram flour - 1 cup
Chilli powder - 3 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/4 tsp
Salt - as needed
Oil - as needed






Method :

1. Remove skin of banana and cut into thin slices.
2. Soak the slices in salt water.
3. Mix gram flour, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste with water in a bowl to prepare a thick batter.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan.
5. Dip the banana slices in batter, fry them in oil till golden and serve hot.
